RT7 Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made directly to the participating retailer that has subscribed to and is using the RT7 V2 Online Ordering Services. Details of the original purchase transactions made between the consumer and retailer are recorded and delivered to the consumer and to the physical location of the participating retailer in order to verify purchase details and to facilitate the refund. Refunds will not be processed online and must be processed by the participating retailer at their physical retail location within 30 days of the original purchase date documented in the transaction data. You may either contact the participating retailer by phone or visit them in person to obtain your refund.
